Getting Started
The basics — what Vendeey is, how to get started, and what's included.
Vendeey is an e-commerce platform built for African businesses. It lets you create an online store, list your products, accept payments, manage orders, and run your business — all from one dashboard. Whether you sell physical products, offer services, or run a restaurant, Vendeey gives you the tools to do it online.
Tap "Start Selling", fill in your business name, pick a category, and you're in. The onboarding takes about 2 minutes. Once you're set up, you can start adding products, customizing your store, and sharing your store link with customers right away.
Yes — Vendeey has a free plan that gives you access to core features like product listings, a mobile-optimized store, order management, WhatsApp integration, and basic analytics. If you want the full experience — custom domains, advanced analytics, coupons, invoicing, booking management, and a verification badge — you can upgrade to a paid plan.
The free plan covers the basics: you can list products, accept orders, and manage your store. Paid plans unlock everything — advanced analytics, custom domain support, coupon and discount tools, invoice generation, booking management, content management, KYC verification with a verified badge, priority support, and more. Paid plans are available monthly or yearly.
Not at all. Vendeey is designed so anyone can set up and run an online store without writing a single line of code. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Vendeey. Everything is point-and-click.
The verification badge is a trust indicator that shows customers your store is legitimate. It's available on paid plans after completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. It helps build confidence with buyers, especially new visitors to your store.
Yes. Vendeey has a built-in booking and appointment management system. You can list your services, set availability, accept bookings from customers, and manage everything from your dashboard — whether you're a barber, photographer, consultant, or any other service provider.
Products & Orders
Everything about listing products, managing orders, inventory, and POS.
From your vendor dashboard, go to Products and tap "Add Product". Fill in the product name, description, price, and upload photos. You can also add variants (like size or colour), set stock levels, and organize products into categories. Your product goes live on your store as soon as you save it.

The POS lets you process in-store or walk-in sales directly from your Vendeey dashboard. You can ring up orders, accept payments via cash, card, or transfer, generate payment links, and print or share digital receipts. It's useful if you sell both online and in a physical location.
Payments
Payment processing, invoices, wallets, and everything money-related.
Vendeey integrates with Paystack and Flutterwave to process payments. When a customer pays for an order, the money goes through the payment processor and into your connected account. You can track all payments in your Finance section on the dashboard.
Your customers can pay via bank transfer, debit/credit card, and mobile money — all powered by Paystack and Flutterwave. The available methods depend on the payment processor and your customer's location.
Vendeey itself does not take a cut of your sales. However, payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) charge their standard processing fees on each transaction. These are the same fees you'd pay using them anywhere else.
